One of our IP-transit provider in ZRH1 is experiencing connectivity issues. As a precaution, we have shut down the session on the affected provider until the situation calms down again. It is possible that individual customers experienced a short packet loss during this phase. Because of our redundant IP-transit design, traffic is automatically routed via alternate paths.
