Today, another of our IP-transit providers in ZRH1 experienced connectivity issues (packet loss). As a precaution, we have shut down the session until the situation calms down again. It is possible that individual customers experienced packet loss of several minutes during this phase. Because of our redundant IP-transit design, traffic is now automatically routed via alternate paths. We apologise for the circumstances.
