Investigating

We are again experiencing issues. Working on it.

Problem Identified

One of our IP-transit provider in ZRH1 is experiencing routing issues. As a precaution, we have shut down the session on the affected provider until the situation calms down again. It is possible that individual customers experienced a short packet loss during this phase. Because of our redundant IP-transit design, traffic is automatically routed via alternate paths.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing Connectivity related issues and our technical team is already investigating. We will post another update about the progress and other details as soon as we learn more. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
